Wow, long time no see DA. A deep dive into the internet brought me back here out of curiosity. Been yeeaars. I'm not coming back, but I do miss the community that this once was. Some of the best years of my life were when I was most active on this site... I Did manage to reach my goal of working in the animation industry in LA; from Production Coordinator to BG painter, I've done quite a bit but not nearly enough to satisfy me. Life with my husband relocated us to South Korea for the time being and I've since had a daughter. So, I haven't worked in the industry, or done much art at all, in recent years. Hope everyone is taking care during these strange covid times. See ya around. Love, peace and tea

Been fortunate enough to work as a part time freelance storyboard artist and animator at Design Laboratory Inc in Bellevue WA since the start of this year. The job has really given me a much needed boost of confidence in my abilities as an artist, was starting to fesr that I wouldn't achieve my career goal. It has opened more doors into networking for me, hoping it will help me find steady work soon too as it is also an arts hiring agency.
Some of my friend have moved to burbank, CAA, over the past few years and aquired jobs at companies like nickelodeon, disney, and dreamworks. I'm hoping things will work out for me to move there so I can j
